As a first step, we ask all parties to sign an NCND (non-disclosure/non-circumvent) document to begin first step "vetting" on the project. O&P devotes time, staff and understanding to our clients there projects and properties including researched and prepared presentation before any transactions and/or introductions are made. This is at no cost to our clients.
A project calendar is designed to include pre/post and final project goals including a mutually agreed business matrix that defines expense and all potential investment; future staffing and timeline calendar is mutually agreed by all parties. These simple steps helps O&P define all parties understandings and agreements to specific Client goals and objectives are discussed.
This process is followed by O&P conducting a business property analysis and cost inventory for Client success. Our Property/Client analysis provides Clients a better understanding of any necessary profiles, program and property investment, values and other understanding for establishing good Buyer/Seller clients.
